Having my rights violated by everyone

The mother of my daughter's signed over her rights to the people who have my daughter's now. Their attorney lied giving false information stating my gas and water was currently off. I didn't know until going to court finding out that's what it was about. Judge took my daughter's without any evidence from them just a motion for emergency custody. I'm still fighting for my daughter's and it's been 6 years. I need help. I'm in South Bend Indiana.
