I was painted as bat shit crazy in court. I tried to keep it about my Son. My ex made it all about me and he lied. He’s a police officer. The judge loved him.

He’s now got 2 misconduct charges against him but too little too late.

I personally think family courts are useless in the case of the alienated parent, they just don’t want to help. Being a Woman certainly doesn’t go in your favour.

Get the best barrister you can. I had to represent myself as couldn’t afford one but you really need one.
