The Family Justice Transparency Report
Thank you to every parent, grandparent, and supporter who took part.
Between 5 November and 30 November 2025, the PAPA Family Justice Transparency Report received over 1,400 submissions across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and overseas.
This has created the largest voluntary independent dataset ever gathered on private family court experiences in the UK.
We can now confirm:
The PAPA Family Justice Transparency Report is officially published.
Your submissions have been:
• securely locked
• anonymised
• independently analysed
• compiled into our national briefing report
The findings have been shared with:
• Members of Parliament
• Ministry of Justice
• Judiciary and court leadership
• Media and specialist journalists
• Academic partners supporting independent review
• Safeguarding bodies and children’s services
Our goal remains simple:
To expose systemic failures, highlight patterns of injustice, and push for urgent national reform of private law processes.
